This was by far the worst unloading experience I have ever had. In terms of unloading, this company was terrible. I had my worst experience so far. I had loaded locally from France, and during unloading, the company’s forklift operator, who looked quite elderly, gave me a really hard time. He even made some racial remarks, which I could partially understand. During unloading, he also broke a lot of my personal items—he kept dropping things, damaging my belongings, and even my trailer. Then, he told me to open both sides. I was really hesitant to do it, but he still filed a complaint against me with my company. Inside, the whole company area was dusty, and my entire steps got dirty. They do have a ramp, but for some reason, they never used it. After a lot of my complaints, they finally replaced the forklift driver, who clearly had no experience. I don’t know if it was deliberate or if he had a vision problem, but after a lot of effort, they changed the operator. The new guy was really good. He explained everything to me, and he acknowledged that the previous driver was way too slow. He took care of everything himself, and I really appreciated it. I would say the company needs to change their forklift operators more often—maybe get bigger, more experienced operators—because I think the fault was either with the driver or maybe with the forklift itself, making it difficult to operate.

Always pleasant to visit this shop, the staff’s are so helpful, I love to chat with them about the plants. After all highly recommended if you looking for rare plants, they always have new arrival of rares plants, which I am always looking for. Thanks to the staffs which assist my visit today.

Good choice, assistants despite grimaces helpful and knowlegeable. They could usefully add coffee shop and make a venue.
