We made a stop on our way to Bretagne and although it was only one night, it was very enjoyable! The room and especially the bed felt like in a 5* Hotel, the breakfast was delicious (lovely buffet), it was super clean and by far the nicest Best Western Plus Hotel we’d ever been. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the Spa but we had a look and we can say for sure - we will be back!

Had a fantastic 2 night stay whilst visiting Lyon for the rugby World Cup. The hotel is very modern and chic. The restaurant is amazing!! We ate there for dinner and breakfast. There was so much choice for breakfast and the staff were really attentive and helpful. We used the pool and spa area which was extremely relaxing. Be aware men cannot wear swim shorts but can borrow tight shorts from the spa which are acceptable. |The room was very comfortable and had a walk in modern shower in the bathroom. Unfortunately there was no hair conditioner supplied but there is shampoo/body wash. It has easy access for public transport to the heart of Lyon.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and we couldn’t be more happy with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was great. The receptionists, Eloise and Flavie were incredibly kind, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything was perfect. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible. The room itself was nice — clean, spacious, and equipped with every amenity we could need. Overall, we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back! S

Kind staff and speaks English for a short stay on my way to the airport what makes it great in terms of accessibility The entrance is pleasant with a spacious lobby, onsite restaurant, spa, and gym, although I didn't have time to try them. The room was clean and adequate for my short stay, although the carpeting is not my favorite The breakfast was delicious.

I had 20 clients in this hotel and it was excellent. The staff could not have been more helpful, both in the reception and in the Dining Room and Bar. They set up viewing areas for all of us who wanted to watch the rugby and kept the bar open late to accommodate us as well as providing snacks. The rooms were well appointed with space and they were very clean. The management were extremely helpful and looked after my clients with care and devotion

With the air traffic problems in London we were delayed three nights and stayed here as a group of four friends. The staff at the hotel are brilliant - always helpful and friendly. Considering we booked the hotel for its spa - we were very disappointed when the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were not warm on both days. Unfortunately both our rooms had an ant problem and whilst this was swiftly and politely dealt with, it wasn't a nice start to our stay / the smell of the treatment used wasn't pleasant. The restaurant and bar close at 10:30 - which we understand on a weeknight but we would have liked another hour. Lastly, we were hoping a four star hotel would have smart Tvs installed to watch a film at night. Really convenient location for the airport and day trips into Lyon and again, nice service and great recommendations for brasseries in town.
