I have been using France Hermitage services for at least 10 years now and I am very happy with it. People are very nice, great communication and very professional. I have an old apartment that often requires care, but thanks to their "Service Technique" I don't worry at all: thank you Katia and Rahil. Utilisation of my apartment is very high and I can always count on them to find new tenant when needed. I highly recommend, actually I've already recommended it to a friend who has been with them for years now and he reports the same level of satisfaction.

My experience with the agency team was excellent; they were prompt and very professional. I'm especially grateful for the attention I received from Naomy and Elise. The apartment I chose is in excellent condition, has charm, and a special shine. It certainly passed through the filter of competent professionals at FRANCE ERMITAGE, before being included in the rental pool. I'd also like to thank the partners recommended by the agency: Ronan from HOMEX and Dan from PAPERNEST, who were very attentive and professional.

My experience with France Ermitage has been very disappointing. After leaving my furnished apartment in August 2025, the agency withheld over €1,300 from my security deposit for reasons I strongly contest: • Kitchen utensils were all still present and unused (I had stored them safely in a bag from the beginning). • The wooden countertop damage was due to long-standing humidity issues that had been reported for more than two years and never repaired. • Linens were never used since I brought my own. • Additional charges (including a toaster) were suddenly added after the check-out inspection. I have already sent a formal notice (mise en demeure) and reported the case to the consumer authorities. Future tenants should be very careful, keep all written evidence (emails, check-in/check-out reports, photos), and be prepared to contest deductions if necessary.

I am a French apartment owner in Le Marais currently living in New York City. I have worked with Hélène and now also Rahil for 10 years and am so grateful for them and for the whole Agency team. They have found me great tenants over time. Also, it is in the nature - and the charm, maybe - of old Paris apartments to have problems. Wonderful experience with France Ermitage! As Australians moving overseas for the first time we have been very impressed by the service, apartment quality and care we have received. We were excited arriving to an extremely well kept and perfectly clean apartment. A very minor functional issue we found upon moving in was handled incredibly - the technical team going over and above to ensure we were happy, well informed and that the space was again cleaned after their visit. Would highly recommend France Ermitage!
