The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The room and facilities were in good condition and spotless. The breakfast, while simple, represented good value for money. Sign posting to the hotel could be improved. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and colleagues.

We just stayed for one night. We used this B&B years ago, and unfortunately, the hotel has dropped in quality. The only thing that is still excellent is the staff! The facilities need some upgrades!

The hotel is very close to the A 630 and 15 minutes from the most touristic area of Bordeaux. We stayed in a family room and the children loved their mezzanine. We were very lucky with the room's view of the lake. lovely hotel employees. Breakfast is worth it. The wifi did not give us any problem. Perfect for a one or two night stopover.

We have now stayed at this hotel 3 times. The rooms are clean, good views of the lake & a good night's sleep. Close to the motorway, onsite car park, near to Ikea, Auchan & a big shopping centre & restaurants. Very close & convenient to the centre of Bordeaux by tram or car. We stay as a family of 4 plus a dog the room is not big does suit the budget. The room is responsibly priced when on an offer or special promotion. The childrens beds are on a mezzanine so not suitable for a young family. Reception has a microwave. The hotel is clean and well located. We would stay again. But the hotel could do with an outside wash, a bit of paint here & there, some of the rooms are a bit tired and have the odd thing broken. All this hotel needs is a bit of tender loving care. We would recommend this hotel for price & location to Bordeaux. Especially if your on a budget. We plan to stay again.

Our stay was comfortable, as usually at B&B hotels. The room was not very big but it was clean and comfortable, above all the mattress, the pillow was a bit too low for my husband (as usual, as well) but I found it ok. Breakfast was very good as well. Our stay was very satisfying.

Nice and large workspace for a 17 inches laptop, close to several electrical outlets. Nice little shower where hot water comes in a blink of an eye, temperature very easy to set; shower curtain is very convenient and well sized, no flood in the bathroom after shower ! Nice to have eggs and bacon for breakfast in France, not so usual ! I met two ladies hotelier who were charming, and welcoming; interesting little chat with one of them. Nice and fresh food very easy to order via an electronic terminal in the lobby; prices at the vending machine were more than reasonable. A good stay in a well designed accommodation and an example for other hotels !

Easy stay as always. Welcome excellent & very friendly & helpful re places to eat. Only issue was breakfast...I had it early...first in... & bacon was cold & had to ask for milk as jug was empty. This is not usual for B&B...as was proved by my stay in Calais following this stay.

This hotel gives you a very accessible place to stay and is quiet. It was clean but the service was lacking. There are no restaurants within walking distance. We booked ourselves in during the afternoon and didn’t see any staff until the next morning. We arrived at the dining area for a self serve breakfast, passing the receptionist on the way - she was chatting on the phone and didn’t look up. The breakfast was sparse and fairly uninteresting with sloppy eggs and greasy bacon. The coffee pot was almost empty and we had to top up our cups with hot water to make it drinkable. We had finished eating before the receptionist came and asked for our room number to see if we had booked breakfast. Every other Band B hotel we have stayed in asked before we ate.||That afternoon we returned to the hotel and found a young lady outside who had booked by phone but could not use her card and nobody was answering the intercom. Another couple were asleep in the front of their car. We were asked to pay for the lady’s stay with our card and she reimbursed us in cash as she was desperate to reach her room.||The second morning the receptionist was checking her computer when we went for breakfast - no greeting from her. The food was just as mediocre and again no coffee, only enough eggs for one of us and the bacon was cold. Another diner had to ask her to produce more coffee and we were not asked for our room number.||The biggest problem was the “drain type” odour in our room and despite a big bed, only 2 tiny pathetic pillows. We both experienced the worst two nights sleep on a hard bed and no head support we have had in any French hotel. Despite the handy location for the motorway we would not use this hotel again.
