I always pay my bills online but last month there was a problem with the payment. So I had to go to this store to sort things out. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I spoke with this guy that did not speak English but at least tried. He couldn’t figure out what the problem is and stated becoming more and more rude. Finally I decided to contact their customer service to see if they can resolve the issue and when I was leaving, the guy ask why am I leaving without saying thank you! Thank you for what? You are doing your job, nothing more.
The store is almost always crowded with a line going out the door but when I went in to set up new service I was taken care of rather efficiently. The sales associate did cut some corners while setting up my account and did not enter information properly or set up my US phone to work correctly while on French frequencies but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I have free international calls and texts for 20 euro.
very bad experiences .. the staffs were very rude and doesnt explain properly.. they have charged the amount but internet is not working.. so we asked for help but rather they want us to pay again without listening any of our problem.. one lady staff were very rude .. since we dont speak fluent french they doesnt give a damn about it.. i tried explaining but they dont want to listen to it ..
