Fantastic experience start to finish , whole team very professional, passionate about helping and happy to answer all questions. I have broken my nose multiple times before from boxing and suffered from saddle nose before seeing Dr Carles. He was very honest, professional and put my mind at ease throughout the process on the results that could be achieved. I am now 1 week post Op with the cast off and I am delighted with the results and I am sure they will continue to improve as the swelling goes down. After two reconstructive surgeries and several months of searching, I finally found Dr. Carles. During the personal consultation, he was very kind, tried to understand my problem, and eventually agreed to perform the surgery. In addition to being empathetic, he was very confident. I had consultations with several foreign surgeons, but I did not feel the same level of trust in any of them as I did with him. We scheduled the surgery for January 8. His assistant Laure was kind and patient throughout the entire process (Thank you Laure). She responded quickly to all my questions, just as Dr. Carles did whenever I specifically wanted information from him. My nose was completely droppy, my nostrils and nasal passages were narrow,. On the day of the surgery, Dr Carles greeted me in the waiting room, which was a very kind gesture. In the operating room, while they were preparing me, I was able to ask him questions and we even had a short conversation. I had never experienced such kindness before. The surgery required rib cartilage. When I woke up, I did not feel any pain—neither in my rib nor in my nose—not even a little. I only felt the usual tiredness and dizziness (which hit me hard when i needed to sit up). When I looked at my nose, it was very beautiful from both sides. It was no longer dropped it was nicely lifted, my nostrils were the right size, and after four years I was finally able to breathe properly again. At the moment it depends about how much swelling i have. The day after the surgery, I had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Carles in person. He was very pleasant company—smiling, cheerful, and he answered my questions thoroughly and in appropriate detail, even though he should have already left. Yet he stayed. I may have taken advantage of the situation, and I feel sorry about that. The rib pain (after anesthetic injection went out) was not as bad as I had expected. It was not pleasant, but I managed to get through my time in France. and i felt better a

I had a rhinoplasty with a dr. Calres and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience — from start to finish, it was exceptional. First of all, the result was exactly as envisioned. We had discussed the desired outcome using reference photos beforehand, and the final result matched them perfectly. It’s rare to feel that something turns out exactly as you hoped, but that’s genuinely the case here. The whole process was incredibly smooth. He was flexible, warm, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. The day before the operation, I had a consultation where I asked for some subtle changes — I wanted the nose slightly smaller and shorter than originally planned. He immediately said “no problem,” created a new 3D visualization, and we went through it together. He kept asking if this was truly what I wanted, making sure I felt fully in control of the outcome.
