Very bad experience. The service and staff are horrible. I command the the order and there is no ticket of my command. I ordered the veg wrap and They gave me burger. Again I asked that it's not my order. Then they gave me my order. But when I started eating that wrap was not veggie it's non-veg. The staff is like not interested to do their work. Poor service

29 minutes waiting for an order. No ketchup so another 11 minutes waiting for that. 'Fast food'? Definitely not...

The atmosphere is really good but I waited too long for my order and when arrived, the fries and the burger is already cold.
