The room 018 seriously needs a makeover. There were a number of damaged items and the remains of what was once a bunk bed over the double bed. The carpet was stained and looked dusty at the edges where it met the bed, the base of which was also carpeted. There were marks on the walls as well.

For a night or two, it's honestly not bad. Bed are a bit uncomfortable, but that's to be expected at a budget hotel

A good value budget hotel in a pleasant position , near the Olympic boating lake and extensive park . Very helpful ,hard working staff. Good sized , clean rooms , serviced daily. Very comfy bed. Good wifi connection . |Despite being very busy , the rooms were quiet. |The room layout is their standard- separate wc with basin & shower in the bedroom itself .||A good sized carpark on site.

I understand that it is a budget but for me it will be the last time I would stay in a budget, it is too uncomfortable for us, the bed is too small and the facilities too basic for our liking. It is a shame as the restaurant within walking distance was really good.

We stayed here for one night on 26/9/2025 Ibis budgets can be a bit hit and miss, the basic formular is the same, small hotel room with a double and sometimes a bed over, small bathroom and a basic breakfast. Sometimes this works really well, however on this occasion it did not. The receptionist was pleasant, efficient and helpful, however the room was tired with stained carpets and marked walls. The standard of cleaning in the room was poor and the breakfast was also poor. I’m afraid for me this is hotel is best avoided.

I was really hoping to have a good experience at the Ibis Hotel and it turned out to be even better than expected. I want to sincerely thank every member of the staff for their help and kindness throughout my stay. A special thank you to the young woman who was there during the night shifts she was caring, gentle, and incredibly sweet. You all made my stay truly enjoyable. Thank you!

This is a budget IBIS hotel. The rooms are exactly the same as every budget Ibis hotel I have stayed in. The double bed has a bunk bed over the top. The sink is in the room. Their is a separate shower cubicle. The toilet is very small.||However we were checked in efficiently. The breakfast was an adequate continental style buffet.||Initially the location seems a bit disappointing being at the end of a commercial area. However if you walk across the car park there is a large lake with a sandy Beach next to it. It had a café, and a children's inflatable area.||I would not recommend you stay here for the week, but as a one night stay perfectly acceptable. The room was a comfortable temperature and quiet to enable a very good night's sleep.

As I walked into the reception the receptionist walked out calling over her shoulder "j'ai arrivé" her and the man she left with didn't return for over ten minutes. Upon their return proceeded to continue their conversation for another few minutes before turning to say very coldly "oui?" I replied "Bonsoir" and then tried to give my details but she then turned and continued her conversation with the man. I waited patiently again. She turned again "oui?" At this point I realised she wasn't stopping her conversation to serve me so we fumbled through the booking I think due to her lack of concentration not incompetence. Anyway pretty rude staff, very tired and worn out decor. The mattress was okay but the cushions were completely flattened. Massively underwhelming not worth the money, stay elsewhere in my humble opinion.
