Always clean and pretty well thought out! Kinda pricey if you don't manage to work out their system.. Only issue is the insane wait time when you click and collect... I've often waited 20 - 40 minutes. The old system was better

I went to buy an IPhone charger on June 28th 11 am. the guy in charge of Apple Products was super rude, he didn't answer my questions clearly, unfortunately I have to say that he was a racist. this type people should not work in a front desk position.

Fnac is probably the worst chain in all of France. And this is the worst STORE, of the worst chain, in all of France. I think I can say that with confidence and credibility. I've lived in France, off and on for 21 years. I've visited every Fnac in Provence and most of the ones in the North of France. This store is DARK, the seRvice is SLOW, the sales people... I'm just going to leave them out of it. Everyone has to make a living right? Case in point: Today all I wanted to do today was buy a Fnac+ membership card. I had to wait in line for about half an hour... behind one person... to do that. There were two lines. Customer on the left was maybe 80. Customer on the right... 90. Fair enough. But that's kind of the point. These are the only people still going to stores like this. So finally it's my turn. I buy the card which takes an additional 15-20 minutes. Probably could've done it faster on my phone while I was waiting in line. 20 minutes goes by... I finally get my card... BUT... I get home... AND THE CARD DOESN'T WORK! The fnac membership card, which I bought in fnac DOES NOT WORK! So I have to call customer service. They advised me to go back to the store. I tell them this will never happen again in life. They tell me they will refund me via check. There's nothing they can do to activate my card. Then they put me on hold for ANOTHER 20 minutes so I can buy a new card? I hung up. This will never happen again. The good news? Stores like this are relics of the past and fnacs days are numbered. What's sad though, is that the one in La Valentine isn't even TRYING. They revel at being slow, having nothing in stock, and making you wish you'd never gone there. I look forward to the day they convert it into a Carrefour or an Auchan. Do NOT... for any reason... go to this store. If it takes a day or two for what you want to come in the mail... then just wait. If it's only available in-store... then you probably don't need it as badly as you think.

I bought an apple gift card for my daughter’s birthday. She planned to buy an apple laptop from fnac Nice! She tried to use it to buy it and they bluntly refused saying that they don’t accept an apple gift card !! Why in God’s name would you sell a product that you can’t use !! In any case I think that fnac management has no business sense because not only they lost selling a laptop; I will ensure that neither me or my family buy anything from their stores!!

quite disappointing how fnac changed in the years, from being one of my favorite store to one i wouldn't buy much anymore 🙁
