I went there after lots of raining, so everything was super slippery, muddy and wet. You have to very careful, lot of steep ups and downs, part of the paths were under the high water. Views were beautiful and I still enjoyed the nature. Not for people who has knee, leg or balance problems.

Fantastic scenic gorge with numerous walks, but not for the faint hearted as some of the steps are about 60cm tall and good balance is required. However, we managed it so can't be so difficult hahaha 😅 Good parking in a few places around so why not use them rather than parking in the narrow road?

Absolutely beautiful place! We arrived on November 11th, which is a national bank holiday of remembrance. It was very busy, so we went to the nearby village Savignac-Ledrier where we stayed in a very peaceful aire for the night. We returned to the gorge the following day and we had the whole place to ourselves. Fabulous!

Brilliant walk and scenery, can be short or long, quite steep so able walkers can take advantage of the magnificent scenery. Totally unexpected and wild vistas in the middle of normal countryside.

Impressive site and a very nice place to cool down on a hot summer day!
