The proximity to the Square and all the events are 2 blocks max. The events were unbelievable I felt like I was transported to 15 Century France. It was wonderful. The crowd just like when she was there. Or so it seemed. All patron should visit here first! It is only fitting to start there first. I plan to visit again 2029. Hotel is nice but it is clearly the proximate which makes the stay worthwhile. The hotel is mall but very clean. The staff is very accommodating . I'd return again.

I arrived at the hotel in Orléans after a long and exhausting bike trip that had taken several hours. I was tired, sore, and honestly just hoping for a smooth check-in and a place to rest. What I didn’t expect was to be welcomed by someone as genuinely kind and helpful as Alex at the reception. Alex immediately turned my day around. His warm smile, friendly demeanor, and proactive assistance made all the difference. He not only made the check-in process effortless, but also took the time to ensure I had everything I needed to recover and feel comfortable. His kindness and attentiveness were simply outstanding — he made me feel like more than just another guest. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with everything prepared perfectly. It was clear that every detail was taken seriously, and I appreciated how any small request I had was met with care. The entire staff was professional, but Alex stood out by far — his natural hospitality and helpfulness truly elevated my stay. What could have been just a quick overnight rest turned into one of the most pleasant moments of my journey, all thanks to Alex. If you’re staying in Orléans, I highly recommend this hotel — and if you’re lucky, Alex will be the one welcoming you. Five stars, without a doubt!

Generally OK although the bedroom was probably the smallest I have ever stayed in!

Excellent location, right in the center, next to Praça Martois. Great for exploring the city. Numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. It's a small family hotel. Small but comfortable room. Very friendly and efficient staff. The hotel has private parking but as at the time of our visit there was construction work, we used the public car park located 100 meters from the hotel. In short, excellent hotel. No major luxuries but plenty pleasant

Chose this property based on reviews on Tripadvisor and Google, so wanted to add my experience. The welcome by the two gentlemen working in the evening was very warm and friendly...any time people are willing to tolerate my subpar french AND make jokes in French with me is super appreciated! The room was a bit on the small side, but given the location it was really no big deal...although I'm not certain a couple would be as happy. But let's talk about the bathrooms...fantastic shower and bath towels that rival those in five star establishments like a Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental...they were THAT good. Overall thrilled with my stay (and I'm a very harsh critic and not easy to please) - especially for the price and location - and look forward to return to Orleans to make this my home for a longer stay!

Excellent location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was great. No negatives in any way - but the staff are what makes this place great.

I am Italian and this has the best Italian food I have had outside of Italy still not sure about fruit on pizza but yeno if you don’t talk to me I won’t talk to you

Great, small hotel. |We spent one night in a Comfort room. Quite small but adequate with good shower.|Very comfortable rooms. Charming and very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Secure parking and so well situated.|Will definitely use again when in Orléans.
