Everything was perfect, including the meals, animation team, and all the staff. Just for recommendation: our room was on the second floor, and there was no direct path from the building entrance to our room. We had to walk around the building, cross the grass, and climb the metal fire escape at the far end to reach our room. This made the walk longer and a bit muddy. For the kids’ animation, it would be great if the team could stay longer and offer more varied activities, rather than just short dancing sessions and taking photos. For breakfast, the options could be more varied. I would have liked to have a fried egg or omlette available for my daughter.
Great club! My 10-year-old had so much fun. We were able to go on treks without ever worrying about her well-being. The pool was nice. The food was impressively good. They even had soy milk in the morning. Too bad they didn’t also have it at the bar, (couldn’t have a cappuccino.) The breakfast was a bit lacking, especially for those of us who don’t eat carbs and sugary foods in the morning. Aside from that, it was great!! Amazing staff! Thank you :))
We recently organized a seminar for about 70 people at L'Alisier. Our participants stayed in twin rooms, with individual bedrooms (one a double bed, the other a bunk bed) and a shared bathroom and toilet. The rooms are not luxurious, but they are clean and quiet. We spent most of our time in the theater which was arranged as a classroom with desks and chairs facing the speaker and screen. The theater is very large with a high ceiling. The screen, projector, and sound system are of excellent quality. It was perfect for 2.5 days of intense conference. We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and coffee breaks at the bar. The buffet was of good quality with a range of choices and quality ingredients. There are good vegetarian options. We also had a very pleasant gala dinner with well presented and well prepared meals. The reception and office staff are welcoming, organized, and very accommodating. They went the extra mile with last minute solutions when a train strike complicated our arrival. I also recommend the snow shoe walk with Alban and his team; they adapted to our mix of beginners and more experienced hikers. Otherwise, there is easy access to equipment hire and the ski slopes. The Belambra Clubs are family oriented (restaurant shared with families and young children, karaoke and line dancing in the evening), which is a pleasant change from international hotels if you know what to expect.
Our group had a nice experience at Belambra Clubs - L'Alisier during our stay in February 2025. The hotel’s location was great, providing easy access to the ski area, and the staff did their best to accommodate our large group. A special thanks to the team (especially Cedric lemaire and Tabary Bobate Asma) for their patience and effort in ensuring everything ran smoothly. Handling a big group always comes with challenges, and while things weren’t always perfect, the staff remained helpful and attentive. The half-board option was convenient for our schedule. Overall, it was a well-organized stay, and we appreciate the effort made to accommodate us.
Great location, clean and friendly staff. Not many staff speak English but they were all great, especially the bar man whose wife also worked there (sorry didn’t get his name) and Saad who is never sad! The entertainment team were fun and friendly too, thanks for the special events on Valentine’s Day. We were half board and it was worth it, great food every day and wine on tap 🥳. |If you’re after a quiet family ski trip would definitely recommend.
It is our first time to visit a Belambra club. What marked us the most is the dedication of their hospitality and animation team members. They were very nice with the kids entertained them and went out of their way to make things fun for everyone. The food is very good. There are big quantities. A few remarks : do not distribute plastic water bottles with the take away lunch , encourage people to fill their own gourdes instead. Explain the restaurant booking system in the beginning of the week to manage expectations.||Thank you all
First time at a Belambra club for us. We decided to go there as we were traveling with 6 adults and 3 children. Affordable prices combined with easy access to the slopes and the fact that nobody had to cook convinced us to book with Belambra.||First of all, the welcome to the club was very friendly and overall, staff was very helpful (although you have to keep in mind that they are not always present during the day - you'll have to wait until 5:00PM before being able to talk to someone in many cases).||Our first surprise came when we entered the rooms, which were a lot smaller than we expected. The pictures on their website do not really reflect the real room size (it's amazing how photographers can make rooms look much bigger isn't it?). Also, there is not much room to shelve clothes, and since this was a winter stay, we did have a lot of clothes. Aside from that beds were ok although the mattresses were quite hard.||The food buffets on the other hand were quite good. Variety of foods, quality and quantity was abundant, we were never short of anything. In the restaurant also, personnel was super friendly. Water, red and rosé wine were also à volonté (no beer unfortunately) and other beverages could be purchased at the bar.||We also left our kids at the kids' club during the afternoons and they seemed to like it.||There were also plenty of activities (quizzes, karaoke, dancing, etc.) on a daily basis although we did not participate in them too often.||To summarize: this is a good formula if you want to enjoy a winter vacation and you're on a tight budget, the meals are great, staff is friendly, but rooms are too small to be comfortable (even the flat screen TV's are super small) and no WIFI in the rooms (only in the lobby area). Next year, I think we'll be looking for roomier accommodation.
Mr/Mrs Belambra owner. 1. One and a half hours to have dinner around 400-450 people is not enough. The people who comes dinner at 8pm deserves the same menu service than the people who goes at 7pm. No plates, no small spoons, no water bottles, no pizza and some other things... 2. You have clearly not enough people working in your buffet. Every time we have been waiting 10-15 minutes for a clean table. That left us with just 10 minutes of half of the "buffet". Meals like pizza (preferred by kids) are always finished before 8pm. 3. Asking for a coke at the bar and served it from a bottle God knows since when it was open is not a good presentation thinking of the price of it. First and last Belambra.
