The worst experience ever I was told that I was able to get the fiber starter for 10 eur, that I just had to wait a month with 5/mbps and I only agreed and signed the contract for one year because they said that after a month I was going to be able to change for the fiber at the same price and now that a month passed they are telling me that if I want the fiber I have to pay more, that they made a mistake and there is nothing I can do now I have to pay 10 eur for an entire year for useless 5mbps, I will never recommend sfr it is really the worst, they gave me fake information to engage with them, this is illegal.
