We have been coming here for years. It's undergone a transformation. The décor is more modern and I would say it has lost a little charm. That being said, the food and service were very good. It is a little more modern too and less seafood choice. Meal: tuna 'ceviche' (more like a carpaccio) monkfish brochette, café gourmand. Someone in our party had oysters. The choice was limited. The oysters were good, but not amazing. We would go back with family, but we warned them not to expect the same restaurant they remember. That's not a bad thing, just different.

We only had a drink - one large lager, one small lager. Paid €12.50. Absolutely extortionate. We didn't stay for a second. Glad we didn't eat there. Shame because there was live music and they really were very good

Really nice seafood and fish restaurant, with daily new dishes. Service is friendly and with a bit of luck you'll have the chance to meet the old lady that owns the place giving away sun hats for pale clients

We were a big group of people so finding a restaurant that could accommodate us was complicated. However chez Margot’s staff were super friendly and put tables together for us. We ate well. Really delicious food. It was served super quickly. The staff were all super polite and friendly. I would highly recommend a meal here especially after having walking the digue.

Family owned restaurant, nice food, very friendly waiters! The lady told me that she only worked 64 years there!!! lol

One of the better restaurants here in Kalitxo. Good wine, good food. The octopus was, similar to most places in Basquen, tender and in satisfying quantity. Great desserts but the service could be improved. Place is like an unpolished gem; nothing to stay away from 👍

Tip top

Great location, good prices and tasty food. Right on a marina near the border of Spain and France, we were in Spain on vacation and decided to make the drive. We had been speaking Spanish so shifting to French was as challenge but they were kind, courteous, and responsive to our needs. The, only down side is that they allow smoking on the patio. Didn't kill our vibe though!
