LES VILLAS DE LA PRESQU'ILE

The pictures at the internet are promising. But THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK HERE, the attitude of the owner is terrible.||||The day before arrival, the owner(s) Alain (and Antoine) messaged me that because of his own holiday he would not be at the villa himself. The host who welcomed us instead, was friendly, but hardly explained about the villa and the area (even though we asked). He told us our car could stay outside the premises as long as it was not a Maserati. Within 15 minutes the host himself and his visitor were laying in the jacuzzi, without having explained to us how it worked.||||Next day we were awakened at 8.00 AM by a lot of noise from construction workers at the roof. Their car was parked on the premises. A ladder was standing on the balcony. Filth and dirt from the roof were on our clothes and towels at the balcony, all around the swimming pool and the terraces. We could not use the garden, the pool, the terrace, the balcony or the jacuzzi.||Nobody informed us this was going to happen. We were surprised by the reaction of the owner who told us: “Why don’t you go to the beach?” (as in: if you complain why don’t you get lost although you paid me a 120 EUR a night)||I messaged the owner that I was surprised and disappointed about his reaction. Then he told us to immediately pack our things and to leave ASAP, no agreement possible. (Please read all attached messages yourself).||The owner is obviously more concerned about his own ease and reviews than about hospitality to his guests. As a guest here you can expect inhospitality, rudeness, disinterest, and construction activities during your planned relaxation holidays. ||||Read the messages below yourself to find out the hospitality mind-set of this owner.

Merci pour ce séjour dans une maison décorée avec goût, reçu par des hôtes de bon conseil Alain et Antoine, profitant d' une agréable piscine chauffée située dans un jardin luxuriant. Une belle chambre dotée d' une très bonne literie et d' une belle terrasse. Le petit déjeuner au top préparé par Nicolas.

Un vrai petit coin de paradis… où l’on vit léger, au propre comme au figuré ! Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables dans cette chambre d’hôtes naturiste pleine de charme. L’accueil est chaleureux, attentionné et toujours empreint de bienveillance.||La chambre est impeccable, décorée avec goût, et la literie très confortable – de quoi dormir comme un bébé, sans le pyjama ! Les terrasses bien fleuries sont un vrai bonheur : calmes, joliment aménagées, parfaites pour bouquiner ou simplement ne rien faire… et ça fait du bien.||Le petit déjeuner est généreux, savoureux, et servi dans une ambiance détendue qui donne le ton pour la journée. Les hôtes sont disponibles, discrets, et toujours prêts à partager leurs bonnes adresses ou conseils pour découvrir la région.||Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter, pour ceux qui aiment la nature… et la nature avec un grand N !

3e fois que nous venons sur la presqu’île du Cap Ferret et que nous logeons chez Alain et Antoine.|La villa est calme et superbe.|Notre chambre a une literie où il fait bon dormir. Une salle d’eau plus une petite terrasse pour profiter des étoiles .|Petit déjeuner copieux , piscine et sa grande terrasse au top ( sans chlore). Jacuzzi . Des fleurs du vert … |Villa naturiste mais pas d’obligation.|Bref un petit coin de paradis idéal pour un séjour dans cette partie de la France.

Une belle découverte dans un secteur que nous connaissions déjà. Le cadre et les hôtes sont parfaits pour contribuer à de bons moments de détente. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci encore pour votre accueil Alain , Antoine et Nicolas

Pour les amoureux de Cap Ferret, de liberté, de douceur et d’authenticité… Il existe un lieu rare, hors du temps, où l’on peut simplement être soi. La Villa Presqu’Îls, c’est un havre de paix, où chaque détail respire la bienveillance. On y revient chaque année avec le même bonheur, accueillis comme des amis par des hôtes aussi charmants qu’attentifs. Un petit coin de liberté à partager avec ceux qui savent en prendre soin.

Séjour du 10 au 16 Août 2025 formidable à tous les niveaux. Cadre formidable, Alain et Antoine les propriétaires sont hyper attentionnés avec leurs hôtes, petit déjeuner formidable servi au bord de la piscine. Climatisation dans la chambre alors qu'il y avait la canicule, le top ! Je recommande vivement.
