This hotel is amazing and very relaxing. There is so much attention to detail in the design that the rooms, although very spacious, feel incredibly cosy and welcoming. It looks exactly like in the website photos! You can open the windows to let in a nice breeze or use the gentle climate system. There are water fountains on every floor and a bottle is provided for you in the room so you can keep the water cold in the fridge if you want. It’s so quiet in the hotel, everything is optimal for a great night’s sleep.||The pool upstairs is somewhat small but heated and it feels like a very private, relaxing area up there. We also tried the spa and the sauna/steam room/experience showers were great, as was the massage. All the staff members are great but special shoutout to Marie at reception and the two lovely ladies at the spa!||I was there for my birthday and received a lovely basque cake and balloons in my room which made it feels very special! Thank you.||Only small downside is the cost of the breakfast which was not included for our rooms and was quite high, but the hotel is very close to a street full of bars and restaurants and they have croissants and a breakfast deal in the ground floor cafe too.

Very disappointing experience during our weekend stay (May 22–24, 2026) We booked a Junior Suite with an ocean view (Room 327), expecting comfort and quality, but unfortunately it was far below expectations. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning.! The hotel itself appears to be very poorly air-conditioned throughout - including the reception and common areas - making the entire property very uncomfortably. After reporting the issue, we were moved to another room (314), but it had the exact same air conditioning problem and, unlike what we originally booked and paid for, it had no ocean view. The overall maintenance standards were also disappointing. The windows looked as though they had not been cleaned in a very long time. The bathroom was extremely stuffy in both rooms and poorly ventilated, making it uncomfortable even to take a shower. The beds were another major drawback, with very hard mattresses that made sleeping difficult. What made the situation worse was the response from management. When we raised these concerns with the assistant manager, we were told there was “no issue,” despite the obvious discomfort and repeated problems. The manager was not present on the property and unavailable to address guest concerns. For a hotel positioning itself at this level and price point, the lack of functioning air conditioning, poor maintenance, and absence of effective management made this a deeply disappointing stay.

I stayed here for one night, travelling with my dog. Front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. I found that the hotel management is very keen to ensure guest satisfaction.||The room that I'd booked (superior) was good value for money, with plenty of space, a sofa, and a decent-sized table with a comfortable armchair. The bed was very comfortable. ||I didn't use the restaurant for dinner or breakfast, so can't comment on those. ||From the hotel it takes about 2 minutes to walk to the top of the serpentine path that descends to the main beach; the town centre is in the same direction and about 5 minutes or less. ||If you're travelling by car, I suggest that you reserve parking at the hotel. There are public parking lots within reasonable walking distance, but their capacity is not large.||I would stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful stay in Biarritz The staff was great, and a special thanks to Jeanne who helped me with many requests before and during our stay, as I had to organize a special moment for my girlfriend. She was extremely professional, kind, and the way she handled everything really made a difference The hotel is very new, clean, and only a couple of minutes from the center, which was super convenient Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again

Stayed there several times when it was Radisson. Very nice renovation done. Hotel has a ver good location with view on Cote des Basques and walking distance to downtown.||Coffee shop on ground floor is cosy and friendly. We didnt try the restaurant on top floor though.||Friendly staff.||Highly rexommended hotelto stay in Biarritz

rooms are nice and spacious, with top cleanless comfort and silence restaurant, and the roof top is also nice the team is all people that help you with any problem that you've in matter of your stay price : comfort is a huge win for the guest, at least for now during the off season

I would give 5 stars but there are several small things for us to complain about. The room itself is big and confomrtable for 2 people. The location is just perfect. The service level is almost just right level for 4* Unfortunately we booked this hotel because of facility like gym, spa but it was delayed vs information announced on the booking application so they are not ready during our stay. Small little thing which we found a bit annoying - first day: no slipper ready in room we have to call - day 2: no refill of vanity set - day 3: tissue box didn’t refilled and left it empty and the box has been removed after the cleaning

Having booked hotel at short notice, I had seen a few mixed reviews including one that was critical of the staff. |As the hotel was newly opened, I decided it was part of the opening process so I booked nonetheless. |I was positively surprised when I arrived at 1 pm to find my room ready, upgraded and to be greeted by super friendly and efficient staff. This turned out to be a theme of the hotel.|The location is great, the restaurant and breakfast are more than ok, but it is the service level that makes it stand out. They charged my kindle, brought me a plate of fruit when they learned I could not it the cake they had sent up etc etc. ||This is a great option for visitors to Biarritz.
