I had a great time staying at this hotel, the rooms are relatively big, and very modern and clean. It's very nice to have a bar inside the hotel that serves drinks or food late at night, and there are many restaurants around the hotel. The only problem is that Sélestat is a little French town with bad public - and private - transport services. I didn't have a car as I came by train, and there are litterally no busses in service in the weekend, AND it's almost mission impossible to find a taxi, Uber, Bolt (etc.) in such a remote part of the country. So yes, the hotel is great, but its environment is lacking public services, and it's best to come by car so you can move around freely and enjoy the region.

The hotel was OK, but the reception staff was extremely unfriendly. Although the hotel accepts families with children, the receptionist didn’t want to check me in, even though I had noted in my special request that I was traveling with a 3-year-old child. Furthermore, she attempted to charge me for the room a second time, despite it already being paid for. She made no effort to resolve the issue, instead telling me that I did not pay for the room and I should fix the problem myself. Fortunately, Trip.com’s customer service resolved the problem, but I had to wait 40 minutes to check in with a young child—with no assistance from the hotel. Perhaps the receptionist was having a bad day, but it’s hard to understand why hotels hire staff who seem uninterested in helping guests. Other staff members that I met at the hotel were quite friendly.

We stayed here on Easter weekend and really liked the hotel, the receptionist was very friendly, the room clean and the location outside the city centre, but still close, with restaurants and a cinema nearby. Breakfast was okay. It's a good hotel to be, if you want to visit Colmar, Strassburg and Sélestat by Car

We were travelling back from Italy to UK. Wanted somewhere to stop just out of Switzerland (expensive) not far off main route with a late check in|This hotel was perfect. Excellent receptionist with good English. Secure parking.|Fairly new hotel. Very clean. Comfortable bed. We booked breakfast but would probably have gone to the well know fast food next door if we'd known it was there.|Probably not the place to stay if you are on holiday looking for a base, as in the middle of nowhere, but great if only passing through.

I understand your receptionist also take care of breakfast organizations in the mornings. However, the lady in the first day was great but the rest of the days the lady seemed she doesn't want to work. Even there are French guests, I had to call her to ask for, croissant, egg and "FORK". Yes, she haven't checked anything in the kitchen. the last day, coffee beans was even finished in the coffee machine. That was the only weird issue we have faced but the rest were okay.

Great value for money. On your travels, this is a great place for a stopover. The staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are large, well equipped and comfortable and they serve a good breakfast, some gluten free options were even added (we had seen some comments on this, so clearly they took a step to further improve). They also provided a baby bed.

We spent only one night at this hotel to break our long trip and I say it worth any cent of its price. It was very clean, big room for two adults and two children, nice and quiet area. The hotel reception was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and I recommend it.
