I had a fantastic time learning how to surf in Biarritz! There was great introductory lessons as well as additional skills taught to help both beginners and skilled surfers alike become better at the sport! My instructor Theo was awesome - he made sure everyone felt included and taught the class both in english and french which was very inclusive for our mixed language class. I would highly recommend doing more than 1 lesson, as the wave conditions on the coast change daily, which means there are going to be different opportunities to learn how to surf multiple types of waves everyday.

Wow! Theo is an excellent teacher - patient, knowledgeable, and gives super clear instructions. Bilingual in English and French. The water was warm in September (compared to Los Angeles’ pacific waters) and waves were solid. Got lots of good tips and training during our private lesson.

I had 10 lessons with almost all of the teachers, they were all very good teachers and very helpful, they also all speak good English. And can explain very well and be able to help out once you're out on the waves, they give good advice. If you're in the area and want to learn how to surf, this is the place to go!

Mateo was a wonderful instructor, very patient, great energy, and good clear instructions. My sister and myself had an absolutely amazing time despite the very stormy waves would definitely recommend. We had some miscommunication before our lesson with not knowing specific time and details, however, there was a very timely response by email and everything was clear! Thank you!!!

We took our first ever surf lesson here and it was great. The staff were so friendly and very responsive, any time I emailed they replied within minutes. You get the time slot the day before so that you get the best surf conditions and the time selected for us was excellent, no wind and great waves. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back next time we visit Biarritz.

We had such a great time learning to surf with a variety of instructors, they were all very positive, patient and knowledgeable! We got standing on the board quickly with the instructor's help which was awesome. We'll definitely be back, thank you very much!

Recommend to 100%! Well organized, all staff were friendly and it felt safe. On top of that I learned how to surf in only one lesson, and I’m not a very athletic person… all thanks to the instructor Theo who was so skilled, supportive and attentive!
