I have used Easy Go Shuttle for 3 trips I’ve taken to Paris. I cannot recommend this car service enough. The drivers are excellent professionals. The communication is outstanding, and the cars are nice and clean. When you land at CDG from an overnight flight from the states, it’s so nice to have a driver there waiting for just after baggage. Thank you for making my arrivals to and departures from Paris such a breeze.

Osmand was such a lovely, helpful person. We had major delays at Paris passport control and he was very patient at this time. The car was clean, comfortable and he was on time for our pick up as well. Communication from Easy Go Shuttles was fantastic throughout. I would definitely book with easy go Shuttle again.

Best Shuttle for Disneyland Paris! We stayed at a Hotel near Disneyland at Val d'Europe and booked this Shuttle to get to Beauvais Airport. Our driver, Mr. Osmand, arrived perfectly on time and loaded the bags for us after greeting. He even drove us to the correct terminal which he must have looked up as we did not tell him where we have to go exactly. This is some excellent service! You also get a fixed price before booking so you know exactly what to expect. If you need a Shuttle from Disneyland to an Airport we definitely recommend this service and Mr. Osmand!

Unfortunately very negative experience. The driver arrived way too early (which is of course up to him) and then "greated" my friends with a very bad mood by complaining that they where late. He claimed that he had been waiting too long, since 11:15. The pick-up was scheduled for 11:40. So if the driver wants to arrive early, that's okay - but it should not be used as a complaint if the actual service was booked for a later time. The sign should specifically say "Marie-Claire W. / La future mariée" because that is one of the friends that the driver was meant to pick up. Also it was her bachelorette's weekend party, so a special occasion. Neither the wish for what the sign should say was respected, nor did she have a positive start for this very special weekend by being scolded at because of a delay that wasn't even real. Instead of the specific communicated text for the sign, my name was written on it. Since I clearly specified during the email exchange that I will not be a passenger on this shuttle, it doesn't make any sense. Furthermore, the driver was in a very bad mood for the whole trip to the accommodation. He did not great me when I received them in front of our Airbnb, neither said thank you, nor goodbye nor anything. Just an obviously very bad mood. This is clearly not an acceptable behaviour for a person that works in a service based job.

Excellent service provide by our driver Aswand. He text 20 minutes before pickup and arrived on time. The car was very clean and the trip was very smooth. I would recommend using this service again when in Paris.

An American in Paris here. Easy Go Shuttle was simple, prompt and easy to book our transfer from CDG to our hotel in the city of Paris. Online booking system is super simple, price was very reasonable, driver was on time and courteous. Sprinter Mercedes Van was clean and spacious enough to fit 4 adults, 1 infant in a car seat and 6 large pieces of luggage. Not much more you could ask for.

At first didn’t know what to expect- was my first time using their service. But pleasantly surprised and happy with ouR service. Our drivers dinidu and ~siyabalapitiyage were perfect & curious drivers. Who took us to and from the Explorer hotel to CDG. Thank you

Great service. Staff fantastic and vehicles clean and tidy. Used them from CDG to Disneyland. Had one booked one way at first but after been picked up I booked the return trip straight away. Very happy
