Firstly, the cottages for 2 do not at all look like any photos published on their website nor other platforms. They are tiny and felt quite cramped, especially during rainy days when we stayed indoors. A few daily items are also not provided or faulty, like a chopping board, or a broken dustpan, yet not mentioned that we should bring our own. However, the mattresses are comfortable, and the cottage that we had was clean. Secondly, apart from the outdoor and indoor pools, other facilities are all out of order ( sauna, jacuzzi, hammam) during our stay from 28 July to 4 Aug. The location is great. Walkable distance to the centre of Audierne, and Aquashow just 10 minutes walk away.

On the plus: - located close to town - nice amenities (pool, slide, ping pong) - friendly staff -kids club (even though we only used it once) - they were flexible on having visitors - they located us on nearby houses On the negatives: - check-in check out are too rigid. Saturday to Saturday only. We had to base all our vacation around that. You have an exit visit where people check the quality of your cleaning. - my brother's deposit was taken twice because the system was not properly synchronized. - Hamam was broken and it was not even announced in the lengthy welcome speech (when confronted about it, the host said she prefers to focus on the positives). That's deceitful. - Houses are very small. We were 3 in a T6 supposed to host up to 6 people. -Our house was super beat up with dings in every corner and a sewer smell in some parts. - They have you inventory everything to the number of spoons at check-in and at checkout. - beds were super hard. My back is killing me now. - the whole property is on a steep hill and the parking lot is all the way at the bottom. - you have to bring everything. There are not even towels, salt, pepper, dishwasher. Just one TP roll for the whole house. Forget about soap or shampoo. That felt very cheap. - there weren't enough vacuums and portable ovens for borrow. - the staff felt undernumbered and felt very unseasoned. Reception desk was only opened at certain hours during the day and staff happened to show 10min late. - they have you pay for wifi (come on!!! this is not 2000 anymore) - no recyclable trash bag provided. We still had a decent week but we will not be back next year.

Really beautiful place to stay. We stayed for two weeks. End of May. Weather was very nice. Accommodation is clean, comfortable and modern. You can easily walk into the local town of Audienre. Staff a friendly and helpful. The pool is small indoors and a larger outdoor one. Sauna , steam and Jacuzzi all working. The gym is small, but has a rowing machine, bike and cross trainer. No running machine. It's always empty!! Mainly French people here so nice to get away and be left in peace!! Would suit a young family, or older generation or those looking to get away from it all. Very reasonably priced. We would come back.

very basic - did not enjoy the stay. The place felt like a caravan and was far too expensive for what it was. Could not wait to leave - would never return or recommend to anyone.

Nice grounds. Excellent accomodation. Peaceful. About 10 minute walk to centre.

Poor cleaning and watch out offer made since exit cleaning is an extra charge not advised in some offers
