We unfortunately broke down today on the A13 with our trailer, which was a very stressful situation for the whole family. After dialling 112 our recovery driver from Wibault Ossil, was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Despite the language barrier (we speak English and he spoke French), he was patient and helpful, and with the help of Google Translate we were able to communicate without any issues. He went above and beyond to make everything simple and stress-free, even giving us a lift to our hotel for the evening. He was polite, welcoming, and professional throughout. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more.
