Upon arrival, the room provided differed from our booking. We received a room with a bunk bed/double bed combination, which was not what my partner and I expected or desired, and it lacked many of the amenities we booked. The hotel responded by stating it was a double bed. No service but rude service. Wotif was unhelpful in resolving this issue.Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!

This is nice Hotel close to the highway. Me stayed here for one night with our children. We have other two rooms and the rooms was right by eathother. The Breakfast is not something special but it is fine when you are on the road. It is Quiet and the rooms can be very Dark It has air condition and shower.

Stayed here on 2 separate nights with family. The staff gave us adjoining rooms and opened doors between them. It’s a basic motel perfect as a rest stop if you’re travelling further. Rooms were clean and comfortable for all 5 of us. Breakfast is very basic but not bad. The gentleman and lady staff members were fantastic and kindly spoke English for us as well (our French is very basic!) we felt welcome here. 4 stars only because breakfast was limited.

We stayed here with a very large party. If you know what to expect, it's great. It's clean and located just off the motorway, so good as a place to get your head down. The service in the run up to the booking was a little hit and miss, but that is likely due to low staff numbers, which is why they can offer such a competitive price. They were all very friendly, but occasionally took a little while to get back to us over email. Be aware, check-in closes at 9pm, although, after some negotiation, they agreed to keep it open a little longer for our group. It's not the Ritz, but for the money, you can't beat it.

Did not feel this hotel was as portrayed, it was certainly not premier class. The photos of the rooms are cleverly taken using lighting to make them look a lot better than they are. We unfortunately did not view our room before we paid for it as we were tired from travelling & sightseeing, however, were very unhappy when we got to our room - the only good thing was it was clean. They would not give us a refund - we still left.

Having been hugely disappointed with our overnight stay at the Novotel (jtust behind the PC), we decided to stay here instead. We have stayed at PC before and were pleased to see that the blankets have made way for nice duvets. We booked a room for three and paid 35 Euros. The room was clean and very warm. Plenty of parking spaces and a good restaurant nearby. Friendlt chap on reception who speaks French at a slower pace so we can understand him! The only issue we had, is that there are only two towels provided. At all other PC hotels, we are always given three when we book a room for three.||We would stay here again as you can't beat the price!

Very basic hotel, but served the purpose for an early morning start. You get what you pay for as the room has no real facilities except a bed and shower. TV, if it worked was only local channels, AC didn't work, WI-FI was intermittent at best, and lousy when it was connected. Room was very small. Noise from outside was very loud, and the snoring from the room nearby was loud, as the walls must be very thin. Free car park was good, location was good, with the nearby shopping centre a 10 minute walk away was a good escape. Would not stay here again.

We went on an extremely hot weekend in August but the rooms stayed cool and extremely functional. This seemed to be a slightly higher spec than other Premiere Classe we have stayed in. They are known for their value and you expect them to be basic but they were completely practical. Breakfast cheap but adequate with gorgeous breads! And all set in grassy surrounds with a petange gravel court also! In the summer there is also a small marque for relaxation with the family in the evenings.
