I can't believe the audacity of this exchange office! What an absolute nightmare of an experience. after this horrendous encounter, we'll never set foot in there again. Who do they think they are, demanding personal information and treating us like criminals? I've exchanged money countless times, and this was, by far, the most disgraceful display of incompetence. Asking for passports, proof of address, and the source of our money for a measly $1500 exchange? Seriously? And what's with the interrogation about our language choice? Last time I checked, being a US citizen doesn't mean we're restricted to speaking only English together inside family. The sheer audacity and insinuations made us feel like we were being accused of something sinister. After enduring the humiliating wait and ridiculous questioning, I demanded my money back. The cancellation process was just as chaotic, highlighting the utter lack of professionalism. Thankfully, I found another exchange office just a few steps away and completed the transaction in a fraction of the time with a significantly better rate. Management needs to take immediate action and address this outrageous behavior. It's absurd that customers are subjected to such mistreatment. I expect a thorough investigation into this matter and a public response outlining the steps taken to rectify this situation. My arrival details are provided, 10th JAN 2024 around 13h00 and the management has all the necessary information. This cannot go unnoticed, and I demand accountability.
