Always a warm welcome. The evening buffet was excellent. Great flavours and plenty of choice. They had a nice selection of cheese. Breakfast was another triumph. Really nice scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.

Booked a 4-person room, which turned out to be a mini-suite with 2 separate bedrooms - perfect for our family with my wife and I + 2 adult sons. Very helpful and friendly reception staff combined well with a really great location right in the heart of the town. |Their secure parking is not on site, but a few hundred meters away, something we hadn't realised, but it is possible to drop people & luggage right outside. there is a street market on Sunday which closes the road, but it's possible to drive around the barriers to access the hotel.

The rooms are very nice, well-equipped and clean. The bed was super comfy. The only minus is that there is no nice view from the window, but at least there is a window. The hotel is located in the center of the very nice town of Coilloure, and you can reach the sea in just two minutes! Perfect for a nice morning swim. The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast has a nice spread, but it is in a room without any natural light.

10 out of 5 stars on everything! What an idyllic stay in a fairytale-like town. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk from the train station and right in the heart of Collioure. The room was simple but perfectly clean and lacking nothing. The service was above and beyond- I had issues with my train being suddenly canceled for service on the rail line but Frédéric went above and beyond to help me figure out my alternatives to get home. I dream of the day when I can come back!!

Really great place to stay in a nice village, and close to everything

Stayed for three nights in a twin bedroom on the fourth floor. Room is basic but very clean with nice bedding and a compact bathroom with a very good shower. A plus is the toilet is separate.|Breakfast was fine but I wouldn't say it was American as advertised,good breads,yogurts ,cheese and ham.|Hotel right in the centre of the resort with it's abundance of restaurants,as the hotel has neither restaurant or bar. Price was fine and reasonable

Friendly staff eager to assist. The hotel is not elaborate, but it is exceptional value for the price and location, but skip the breakfast offered for an additional fee. Remote location parking not convenient but better than normal.

I travelled with a German Tour group and stayed 3 nights at this place. Good points - Location was very central, the room was spacious, windows have double glazing, bathroom was adequate and shower was hot with good water pressure. Plenty of clean white towels. Aircon was working. Breakfast offered great variety of food and was ample. Not so good. Reception staff was without fail incredibly rude, never mind how you tried to address them. It seemed we were insulting them just being in their space. My room was not entirely pristinely clean-as in I would not want to have walked barefoot. Overall ok, would I go back - No.
