Solar Panels Installation Feb 23rd 2026: 1. Initial visit several months earlier gave understandable information, realistic expectations and options. We did not feel any sales pressure. Ideas were discussed and Rob was able to provide a full written quotation immediately so no details were forgotten 2. Installation: Clean. Quiet. One and half days in total for everything. All evidence of work mess removed. Excellent explanation of after sales service and how to operate the application on our smartphones 3. After sales service: Within 2 weeks of installing we benefited from help, advice and guidance via emails, phone calls and two Zoom meetings regarding the set up of a virtual battery to store our excess production. Overall: We would be happy to recommend this professional company to anyone

We have just had solar panels installed by Hallmark Électricité, a first class experience! During our initial research, Rob explained everything in simple language, answered all our questions and provided examples to show how we could manage our usage. We never felt that Rob was selling the panels, it was purely an interesting and educating session. We decided to go ahead with the installation and Hallmark obtained planning permission, maintained contact and were quick to respond to any further questions we had. The installation was handled professionally, tidily and the team worked so hard, finishing a crucial part in the dark. Our velux windows were even washed as they were passing! That made my day! On completion, time was spent showing us how to use the app, allowing us to monitor our electricity production and usage. The commitment and care to their employees is evident, even having a microwave in the van so that a hot lunch can be eaten. Thank you to everyone involved, first class, professional work by a very friendly team of diligent, experienced workers. We will be contacting you for all our electrical needs in the future.

Would just like to thank Hallmark for a superb refit of our house, after having a catastrophic house fire, stepping up when we needed them the most. By putting in an emergency supply initially so the trades people could work ie roofers,stone masons, plumbers etc and then going on to do a complete rewire asking us where we wanted sockets etc and even suggesting things that we hadn’t thought of. Then after that plasterboarding the majority of the house!! Thankyou Mark, Rob and your team. Hallmark electricity gave us wonderful service and were very communicative and easy to deal with. They organised the fitting of a part for a commercial dishwasher that had been very difficult to get fixed and the repair involved extra time on their part which they considered 'all part of the service'. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly.

Hallmark had previously carried out electrical works for us, always with complete satisfaction. When we decided to investigate installing solar panels, they were naturally our first choice. They clearly explained the whole process from actual installation to swapping power providers and all the steps in between, together with a realistic schedule of work and payments. They arrived exactly when planned, completed the work according to the plan and tidied everything up after them. They used some clever lateral thinking which saved us time and money and worked to their plan rather than an arbitrary daily finishing time. Together with their associates, they handled all the necessary paperwork, permits etc. and should we have any questions, quickly responded to put our minds at rest. We cannot recommend them highly enough, simply the best.

Mark and Rob have carried out several pieces of work for us, the latest being the replacement of the control unit for our swimming pool filtration system. This latest piece of work was only a small job so they fitted it in when up our way which kept the cost to us to a minimum. As normal they were very pleasant and their work was excellent. We would highly recommend them.
