A nice historic place created in 1220, the oldest university in the world related to medicine. A beautiful building with views from the back of the university overlooking the cathedral.. it has an anatomical theater at the back and some museum exhibits. It is well worth a visit, especially if visiting the cathedral next door, I stumbled on this whilst I was waiting for the cathedral to open in the afternoon. I was not disappointed with this historic building
Must visit if you are interested in history. This oldest faculty of medicine in the world has trained doctors that treated the French kings and famous people. How incredible to be able to see these in detail!
Excellent facility from a tourist point of view. And some Greek presence too...
Impressive history of the oldest medical university in Europe. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and fluent in history and art, the presentation flowed seamlessly from one subject to another during the visit. Highly recommend!

Very old and amazingly beautiful place. Must to visit if you travel through Montpellier. On photo its look not so huge, but in reality it is very large.
This was a very cool experience being in this building. The style, the art, all amazing.
