Great staff. Good prices. Worth the visit
Whilst going through Lyon, heading to Stelvio Pass via Lake como, my bike developed a small problem, it was enough to get me worried. I googled local places and Cardy was the nearest. I popped over. After a brief chat with me trying to explain the problem in English and the mechanic trying to understand in French, we hit a middle ground. He kindly offered to take the bike into the workshop and have a look. Next thing you know the back wheel was off as they noted the balancing wasn't quite right, they then proceeded to check the chain, clean and lube it and checked other bits. They didn't take any money off me. I was gobsmacked. I went in expecting a hefty bill and came out with free balancing and mini service. They fixed the problem and i successfully completed the 7 day tour. I am indebted to cardy, for their kindness, professionalism and dropping everything to help me, i will not forget the hospitality i was shown.

Je suis passé ce matin au magasin, une personne qui était à l’accueil qui portait des lunettes étaient vraiment très désagréable, mais t’es les clients de mauvaise humeur et faisaient ressentir une mauvaise ambiance. Par contre le mécanicien qui est un peu âgé mérite vraiment d’être le patron de ce magasin car c’est un Ancien qui a le cœur sur la main et qui est très gentil très agréable. Je suis passé avec ma R1 M et je persiste sur la personne qui gère l’accueil qui porte des lunettes qui est vraiment très très désagréable.
Très bon magasin d'équipements pour les motards et la moto. Atelier mécanique très compétent. Bon accueil et très bonne relation client. Je recommande.
Très très bien accueillie bonne expérience chez cardy ils ont répondu à mes questions je conseille pour moi aucun problème j'y étais juste pour un changement de poignée chauffante et ils ont répondu à mes attentes
Assez déçu de la prestation. J’ai emmener mon véhicule pour un changement de pneu avec vidange / filtre à huile et à air. Prix annoncé 560€ arrivé à la caisse on m’annonce 580€… Le vendeur à su faire le nécessaire pour s’aligner sur le tarif annoncé. Concernant la prestation le mécanicien m’a annoncé galéré sur une vise, avoir réussi à l’enlever et me les avoir remplacées, « au moins vous partirez avec deux visses neuves » ma t’il dit. Je vous laisse constater la photo lorsque j’ai enlevé mon capot de selle…
Les gars, la 5e étoile ce sera quand vous mettrez à jour vos horaires, noté 19:00 le samedi sur Plan alors que vous fermez à 18:30 🤔 j’attends que vous me rappeliez pour récupérer le chargeur à induction SP Connect pris en charge par le fabricant 😇
