Standard Burger King in a large shopping centre. Plenty of seating and the Halloween decorations were fun. Food was fine and arrived relatively quickly, and service was friendly. The touchscreens for ordering were easy to use.
All the employees here are trainees. I have to wait at least 20 minutes for an order.
I was surprised to see other comments here saying the same thing that I had, cold food! Explain to me how you get a chicken burger freezing cold on one side and hot on the other. Now explain to me how you can do that for 2 out of the 3 burgers... When you kindly notify the employees you get laughed at by them... Luckily the manager was kind enough to handle two new burgers. Compliments to him, but how disgusting sad is your team? Burger king fix this place!
