The worst online booking experience ever. I searched dates and availability for my family of five and having decided on their accommodation and researched the site, went ahead and booked. I then made various travel and logistical plans around this and 5 hours after my booking received an email to say my booking had 'not been accepted'. A dreadful online system, the worst I have ever experienced. Thanks for wasting my time and effort. I hope others tread carefully. Edit - in response to the reply to the owner. No, there was not simultaneous bookings made and the accommodation is still showing as available, over a week later. The issue was that the reception advised the property could only be booked for 10 days after cancelling my booking. This was not stated anywhere on the listing, website and the system did not prohibit the booking of the property for 5 days.

We stayed at homair (eurocamps) with use of all the pool facilities which were great. Particularly having access to the other swimming pools across the road to break up the week. Convenient shops and a beach too!

I had an amazing holiday at Nouvelles Floride in May 2024. I went with a child for 10 days and we had the time of our lives! It is located next to the beach. The grounds of the campsite are stunning - full of flowers and plants - and clean. The facilities are fantastic - clean pools, heated and lots of fun - slides for kids, adults only areas, and plenty of spa water pumps. There are indoor and outdoor pools. You have the right to go in the pools and entertainment areas of several other campsites - meaning you can swap each day. There is a club for children each morning and afternoon, as well family entertainment for all in the evening. The beach was a few minutes walk away from our caravan - a clean beach, clear water and some safe shallow areas. The local town is a rather modern tourist strip. However, if you take the time to look, there are some great local shops. Marseillan Ville is a short bus ride away if you want to visit a more traditional port. It's a 25 minute walk to the local train station - and only a 30 minute journey to Montpellier. I found the staff at Nouvelle Floride to be pleasant and helpful at all times. We absolutely loved Nouvelle Floride!

Fantastic camp site and particularly to be able to use all 3 camp sites facilities was a plus. The grounds are immaculate with friendly staff constantly cleaning, gorgeous flowers and palm trees. Our teens attended the teen clubs, the team of animators created great activities to keep them occupied. They said it was the best holidays ever! Every evening there was a different shows, some nights to a very high standard. Every staff from the stores, cleaning or security were extremely friendly and polite. We definitely will book again.

It was great. There was a beach nearby with very hot sand to walk on, there were some cafes, restaurants, shops and gift shops around nearby, it was good for the kids and good for the families to stay at, Self catering holidays can be great value for money if you want to be flexible for you and for your family. For me, I went with my family, I was 14, and it was great. Also, I forgot to mention, there was a bakery nearby as well when I went.

Best camping site we have visited so far. Amazing beach, nice pool with enough sunbeds. Friendly staff. Really good restaurant and take away options.

Great Camping, nice pools and playgrounds. Good facilities. However very loud music (ave. 50dB until midnight even with closed windows and doors in a mobile home) and animation every single night. Considering the costs for a mobile home and that this should actually be vacation, it's ridiculous that nobody of us could sleep until the music stopped which significantly disrupted our stay every single night. The result of a conversation with a reception employee was basically, that there was nothing they could do. Travelling with two children of 1 and three years, the nights during our two week stay were nightmares:) In my opinion, even without children, you should at least have the option to sleep whenever you want. Additionally, why are pools opening so late (10am)?

We have just returned in June 23 from one week at nouvelle Floride. What a fabulous place to spend a week. The camp site is beautiful and very clean. Great selection of cabins to suit all budgets. ||We have a four year old and 17 month old and found it very safe and secure with the gate on the decking. The pools are fabulous and plenty of selection with the option of the three sister sites side by side. ||The kids disco was great but should last a little longer than only a half and hour. Some of the evening entertainment was hit and miss. I would definitely return to this site again next year.
