LAMONTAGNE THIBAULT

Very disappointing experience. Firstly, communication with the office was difficult and, in my experience, unnecessarily discourteous. Secondly, and more importantly, the locksmith arrived very late for the initial inspection following a reported suspected break-in and remained for only around two minutes. I was left with the impression that the door had been assessed, but not the lock itself. When I later requested a second inspection specifically to assess the lock, that appointment was cancelled without notice. I only became aware of the cancellation after calling to ask whether the locksmith was running late. EDIT: I have never asked your company to produce any false documents, and I reject that allegation entirely. I requested only a second technical assessment because I did not feel that the initial visit had been sufficient, and I did not understand how such definitive conclusions had been drawn. My request was simply for a further inspection, as I did not understand how a conclusion could have been reached after such a brief visit. I ask that you correct your previous statement.
