After wasting our time, resources, and planning, they now refuse to confirm and pay the cancellation costs. This is a clear example of irresponsible behavior and zero respect for contractors. Once the service was cancelled, they completely avoided responsibility and stopped cooperating in a professional manner. Communication became evasive and misleading.
