During my first visit to Paris and Milan, I was excited to explore renowned luxury stores, including Chanel, among others. However, my experience in all three Chanel stores left much to be desired. In one instance, despite showing genuine interest in purchasing two brooches and a pair of sneakers, I felt neglected as the sales associate continually attended to another customer. In another store, when I inquired about shoe sizes, I was abruptly told that none were available without the sales associate even checking. Only after insisting did they reluctantly bring out the correct size. Meanwhile, another customer who arrived later was promptly offered refreshments while I was left unattended. Maximum came to help and apologized for what took place, but again nobody offered me water to drink. However, I made a purchase of a broach and he told me I didn’t need the form because everything was on the receipt for my 12.5% Note I was also interested in earrings and a belt but was not offed anything but what I first mentioned which was the broach. Upon requesting a VAT refund form, which I was assured would be included in my purchase, I encountered further inconvenience. Despite reassurances from a staff member in Paris that the refund information was on my receipt, I later discovered at the airport that the necessary form was missing, leaving me unable to claim my VAT refund. Despite these disappointing encounters, my experience at Louis Vuitton was markedly different, with attentive service and a smooth refund process.
