Avis
Not so quite in the night. Loud music and yelling younger people from a Club nearby till 6:00 in the morning. Also late arrivals on the place with vans without bath and toilet. Not recommended
Nice enough aire ,toilet block still closed a year after we came here last ,wifi does not work as per many camping car sites ,very quiet this visit compared to a year ago just two vans here, nice walks close by though. Listen to feedback and rectify stop ignoring this , maybe that's why it's so empty here shame
Great spot shaded and sunny pitches. Cicadas and if you are lucky a Golden Oriole might sing for you! At night the cheerful frogs sing their love songs! The bins are a simple 2 minute walk between the swimming pool and tennis courts, then around the back. The view from beyond the bin area is stunning. West is vineyards and the steep valley of the Rhone, to the East you can see the Vercors national park, the white stone escarpment shines in the evening sun. A short walk across the football pitch and across the bridge and you have views of the reservoir for the down river hydro electric station. A little further into Glun and there is a superb baker, Choco where the Pain Au Chocolat features Valrhona chocolate! 😋 A 10 minute drive north and you can get a taste of the wonderful Valrhona chocolate. All around are the wines of the Rhone. What's not to like? (Okay, the high speed biting mozzies are a little itchy, only a few but very quick of the draw!)
Lovely shady Aire with all services for self contained Motorhomes / Camping Cars. Shower/ toilet block looks to be closed hence Aire does not accept caravans and vehicles without their own sanitation. Handy if travelling along the A7 or N7.
Nice stop. No showers or toilets. Electrical connection, fresh and grey water point. Chemical toilet drop ok. Entrance is tight but manageable.
Nice motorhome parking. Quite location. Nice surrounding with hills and big rivers in walking distance. Big spaces all with water and electricity. Grey, waste and water facilities clean, working and good. All for 10€ for 24h. Simply good.
On an Island in the Rhône River, it used to be a municipal campsite which has not been kept up to date. The village is a ten minutes walk away. There's a small supermarket to the right as you walk towards the centre. Bars and restaurant by the water sports area. The site is adequate for a stop-over but pitches aren't exactly brilliant. Motorhome service point, drinking water and chemical toilet emptying point. Couple of huge sunken areas on the site roadway one very near the entrance. The entrance access is awkward for longer motorhomes too.
Very crowded. Noisy people. Some made it a personal space with old run down camper. Not properly supervised by Camper Park on the rules. Village surrounding it was noisy up til 23:00 with street racers.
