No words! I stumbled across these guys by mistake! This was the luck of the season for me, no less!! I lost the key of the apartment we were staying in (which is card coded) - as a foreigner in Paris, I was completely lost since I had to turn it back to the owner. Shirley did everything she could to expedite and made sure I had the key in my hand to give back before leaving the apartment. These guys give the best service and have the biggest heart, at a service line when it’s needed the most - when you’re in trouble. Five star deluxe!!
