Clean and tidy with a nice smell and friendly staff. Parking is a bit steep at €13 euros per night but you can park for free down the road so not a problem. Staff were really friendly and the place was thoroughly cleaned and had a good ambience.

The room was small but overlooked the rivers and also had a balcony. More than adequate for an over night or two but would be cramped for a longer stay. We didn’t have breakfast and there was no evening restaurant in the hotel as far as I could tell. We had an advantage room booked but apart from coffee there were no drinks in the fridge. The fridge drinks are why I booked the advantage level. Instead we had to get water from the machine in the corridor.

very pleasant and helpful staff, room felt a little cramped, but well appointed and maintained. Our only concern was that we thought a room for two people should really have more than one chair...

Let’s start with the positives |- nice staff|- great location|- good parking |But |- very noisy room with the main road outside and no soundproofing and we were disturbed at 5am by a noisy road cleaning machine directly outside for over half an hour |- room airless and very hot even with a: c|- terrible pillows |- the a/c control opposite our bed gave a bright blue light all night which was right in our vision

extremely good value for our very comfortable stay with our dogs . The rooms are cleaned, we managed to park our car outside the hotel, conveniently located in the centre of Libourne, the dogs were happy so were we. Breakfast is excellent with a great selection of cooked breakfast, good coffee and tea (leaves). The only issue is not enough Pastis at the bar for my husband, that's all

Very friendly and helpful staff. Their breakfast absolutely fabulous both the food and service. Great location and the staff take pride in their service , ready to call others where more help is needed.

Nice hotel in lovely town. Lots of places to eat in close vicinity. Good parking Fab views of the river

Actually for a chain hotel this was pretty impressive. The front office staff seemed good and the room was pleasant. I had a room overlooking the river with a balcony strangely floored with fake grass. Is this a french thing? Two small issues - one the room had a dark corridor entry which made finding the slot to put the key in to start the electricity difficult and two the view of the river was at best obstructed. Yes. It was there - but there was a building and a road that prevented it becoming a good view.
