Ive had a great week here. We are the only English family on the site and the staff couldn't be more helpfull. Poole can get busy later in the day but get in first thing and its lovely. The only thing is lacks is a little site shop with milk etc that would of improved it but Theres supermarkets nearby. You can get baguettes in reception though!
We just stopped there for a break to grab some food. Fully booked in the inside, we found a table outside - this place lacked any atmosphere. However, the service was friendly and attentive. We had Portuguese-style mussels and a salad, which we liked both.
We have been to France many times over the last 15 years and all of the sites we stayed on have the same protocols as the bars and restaurants - payment on leaving. The site insisted on payment up front and tourist tax. Toilets were disgusting and no chemical toilet facilities. Park is very run down and not close to beaches as stated. Reception shut more times than not. Pool area grubby.
