Very disappointing experience. We planned to have breakfast here, but when we arrived, the woman working there didn’t want to (or didn’t know how to) speak in English. She somehow explained that the man in the kitchen wasn’t there, so they couldn’t serve us breakfast, only coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee itself was also very bad. The woman was unpleasant and unprofessional. Overall, I recommend skipping this café and finding another place instead.

I came to Bureau following a meeting in Chatou. I honestly forgot upon entering and reading the menu that the place is a chain. I had once been to a Bureau in the south of France and the experience left me not at all pleased. That said, this Bureau was a completely different experience. Our waiter and the rest of the waitstaff were really on their game. They provided a great welcome and attentive service. The food we had included a Cesar salad and their Burger d'Aubrac were prepared very well and the prices were a welcome break from Paris. I would return here for both the service, food and prices.

Chatou is like a little village on the outskirt of big Paris. There is a heatwave now since weeks and its hard to find a cool place. The Bureau's terasse was naturally ventilated... with a relaxed atmosphere at dinner time. Their Royal flam (about $16) has a thin delicious crust pleasing my taste buds quite well.

Me and my wife went there with a friend who lives in chatou while we were visiting Paris in July... Those of us who were obviously not local were greeted with diplomacy and kindness. The staff we met were very helpful with advice and recommendations about main courses and side dishes.... I'm 54 and from the northern part of the UK and would definitely visit here again despite the distance as I had the best burger I've ever tasted right here.. I hope anyone who visits here based upon my recommendation has as good a time as I did......

We went to Au Bureau for dinner starving after travelling from about 4am, so expectations were high. Au Bureau didn't disappoint. Burgers were great (I had the spicy), fish and chips were amazing and my son had chicken strips and he doesn't eat chicken. Will go back again if we're in town.

We got our takeaway burger’s…the team working at the restaurant was super welcoming and the atmosphere was super nice. But the horror started when we started eating our food at home. We asked for well cooked meat , it was cold and the fries were just unfrozen , microwaved and last the we asked for chocolate crepe and we got Nutella crepe 😡…. I wanted to go at this restaurant next week to have some drink and have dinner . But now I very hesitant

Great atmosphere. The staff are all experts on dinosaurs and Pokémon trivia. They love it when you ask them random trivia questions about either topic. Have a ball!!!

This is the most happening place in Chatou!! The concept is that of a sports bar. Service is fast and burgers are awesome!!! We live in Chatou and so this has been our go to place when in doubt… we love that they switch their menus as per seasons….
