What to say? Incredible sunrise 🌅 We woke up at 5 to be able to be there before the sunrise (it was at 6:22 that day). I suggest you to do the same cause after 30min of amazing view we couldn’t see anything else, the clouds covered everything!

Fantastic landscape. I knew it would be mountainous but didn't expect it to be quite so spectacular There were quite a few clouds around, but if you were patient the winds blew them away and there were amazing views down to the coast and across the mountains . Although there are 'paths', the ground underfoot is quite uneven, and we saw three people trip over while we were there. Wear sensible shoes.

An absolutely amazingly beautiful peak that is a must visit in reunion island. You drive up a mountain and basically zero hiking and you will be at the main viewing platform. No entrance fee either. If you see that the skies are cloudy you’ll wanna wait for the cloud to clear as basically every five minutes is a different view since clouds come and go very quickly.

From this point is great view on Mafate cirque. It worth to come here before sunrise. It’s crowded because it’s definitely amazing and beautiful.

Amazing nature

Must see when in Reunion. Get there early when not to crowded. By car, prepare yourselve for "enjoyable" ride up and down. Kind of fun still though

Perfect viewpoint over the Mafate "cirque". Get there early as the place tends to get covered in mist - preferably before 10am although nothing is guaranteed. The start of the hikes going down to La Brèche, Roche Plate and co is a bit further down the road.

Come for sunrise. Large parking lot, beautiful views and starting point of some hikes. Unfortunately the viewing platform us quite rundown.
