Clean small town, great for a visit

Wow, this town is beautiful and clean and safe and all good! A huge difference from Marseille and we love it! There are many nooks and crannies to venture to and we don’t feel obliged or pressured to be buy anything. Nice residents The office is helpful also with some pointers and tips! :-)

We got some helpful tips on where to go and what to do in Cassis and Marseille. Very friendly and polite service. The man we spoke to had perfect English so we didn’t have to struggle with our poor French. Thank you

Easy to show up earlier in the day to catch a ride through the Calanques. The port is a sight!

I entered the tourism office first thing when I arrived here, the staff are friendly and helpful. The maps and flyers they gave me were very informative and helped me throughout my day at this nice village!.. A nearby castle shows towards the south side on a cliff by the seaside.

Very unfriendly staff. Not willing to answer basic questions about the hiking options around Cassis & La Ciotat. Need to refer to a brochure in French now, even though we would have preferred an English brochure or at least an explanation of the options in English. I would recommend some customer friendliness training.

Catherine spoke perfect English and was very helpful and good natured to these two visitors from Chicago. I would definitely recommend stopping in for any last minute advice or recommendations. Thanks Catherine
