The branch ran out of petrol vehicles despite our advanced booking and offered an electric one. After explaining that we will be visiting the countryside and that we were not familiar with driving EVs, the helpful staff promptly cleaned up and prepared a new petrol vehicle for us, and the vehicle worked very well for our 10 day rental.

No issues. Car return was easy. Lady at the counter was super nice. We were able to use the bathroom, which was critical. And she was nice enough to call us a taxi to the train station since this Hertz is a bit on the edge of town.

Returned a car here today, just before closing as there was a very long queue at the petrol station. The team called us a taxi to get to the station and then waited with us until it came, as it was much slower than expected, even though they were closed. Very grateful! Thank you team Blois

Accueil très agréable, 2 impacts sur la voiture, je dois donc payer, c est normal. Malheureusement je me suis retrouver avec un prélèvement sans mail ni appel au préalable. A faire attention.

Envoyée par mon assureur a la suite d'une panne de voiture, j'ai pu rencontrer un accueilli humain et professionnel. La location s'est tres bien passée. Merci, je n'hésiterai pas à vous recommander !

Je suis très satisfait de la prestation. Malgré un pépin informatique, ils ont pu trouver une solution et me laisser louer une voiture, laquelle au demeurant était confortable, impeccable et à un prix très abordable. Je n'ai que du bon à dire. Vive la région de la Loire! Merci pour votre sourire! 😊
