The people at the ticket booth take advantage of tourists and scam you into unnecessary charges. Then they’re rude and condescending when you call them out on it. Beware!

Relatively speaking, a very attractive train station architecturally, and very well situated for the town centre. It's clean and spacious, with lifts to the platforms. The signage is a little confusing inside, and there aren't many facilities. Bizarrely, the shop was closed at a busy lunchtime period for some kind of stock taking, which meant we couldn't buy any food before boarding the TGV. Also, the train was 45 minutes late (not Nîmes station's fault, but it's a reasonably pleasant place to wait).

Nice clean station on the Bordeaux - Marsaille line as well as a stop for the TGV. Within easy walking distance of the centre of Nimes. The bus station is directly out of the back of the station.

Nice place with beautiful scenic and historical places just walking distances.. I visited all places just in one day walk except inside museum.

Luckily the train station does not have lots of trains coming or going. While the station inside is nice, the layout is confusing. While the signs help getting to the right train is still not clear. If this becomes a busier station, it will be chaos for many. The station and nearby streets have all the amenities.
