Everything was perfect until I had to return an item under warranty. Numerous emails and phone calls over a 5 -6 week period with no reply. Someone finally answered me. I will not be returning as a customer.
Excellent fitting service by Hugo. Found a Gap wedge for me which really works. Also honest enough to say rhat my driver was well suited to my game.
Very easy to use for Brits who can speak some French but are still learning. The pricing is good and better than the UK which is not very common. The delivery is smooth and efficient, love my new driveway wood and will be going back again soon! Many thanks!!!!
Great assistance. Good facilities. Very helpful staff. Prices are high but they are the same as other places in France. On a more general note, golf seems to be an extraordinarily expensive sport despite the high number of golf courses, cheap green fees, and pleasantly uncrowded courses. You would think they would want to change the stiff barrier to entry that getting decent equipment poses. The second hand market is also not a very broad one.
