Do you really come for box installation or is it like we have to adjust with the dongle you gave to us? 18 days without fibre in which the meeting date changed three times. Next time please give me the date which you are sure that your technician will arrive. Otherwise please give me the cable, i will do the connection. Update as of 25/07/2023 on 18/07 I tried 9 times to call helpdesk at 1064. since i didn't get the call connected, i walked into the store. The man at store was hesitant to speak but I tried to speak to himself because he only told me previously that next time technician will not cancel. He arranged a call with help desk. Got a call from 1064 after visiting the store. Appointment date given was 26/07/2023, i told the lady who called me to give a date and time which technician is OK. She gave this date(26/07) on 18th July. I again waited 7 days to receive the cancellation message at 25th July 8pm. All remains the same. successfully completed 1 month without fiber, hopefully waiting to get Fiber before I finish my project here. Update as of 28/07 As a reply to this review the helpdesk called and given New appointment date. Notre technicien interviendra comme prévu le 03/08/2023 12:00-16:00 Wil wait and see if I have to face 5th cancellation :(
