Absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this company. I had an emergency — my battery was completely dead — and I urgently needed a replacement and installation. I called and was told someone would arrive within 2 hours. Guess what? Three hours passed — no one showed up, and not a single call to inform me of any delay. When I called them back, they gave me some ridiculous excuse about “traffic.” What a joke. If that were even remotely true, the bare minimum they could have done was to pick up the phone and let me know. Total lack of professionalism, zero respect for the customer’s time, and clearly no sense of urgency whatsoever. Never again.

My wife's car wouldn't start because of the battery. Called these guys on Friday at 16:00. By 18:00, they installed the battery and my wife was on her way. Great service. Thank you.

Called in the morning, by 12 they were asking if they can arrive before, I couldn't, so they came at the established hour (sharp) with a new battery. In 10 minutes it was already replaced, tested, car started, headlights running, everything good. It's absolutely incredible how well it all went. Many thanks, Florin!
