Stay away from them, they are scammers! I ordered a shipment of over 20K USD from them on 13 Dec 2024 and paid the total. It was agreed that the products were in stock and they would deliver to my forwader on the 20th December. However, after payment, they informed me that they do not have all the items and for some items the delay is several months. They convinced me to take a part delivery and they agreed to pay the shipping charges for the items that are delayed. I agreed on this but when the items actaually arrived in March 2025, they refused to cover the shipping charges saying that they have worked on low margin etc... they refused to refund me either. I had no choice and had to pay the shipping again. However, they still delivered one item less than what was agreed without even informing me. Its only when checking the invoice that I noticed it as aked them what happened. They reply was "Ce sont les produits que nous avions en stock " only one line and finished. From then, they had stopped replying to any of my emails. I have to file a complaint on SignalConso ( which I recommend to anyone having issues with them) for them to refund me. Else, they had already stolen my money. Even the director after receiving the complaint from SignalConso did not find it appropriate to apologize for what happened. For them its absolutely normal to steal people!
