Poor service! I visited SG Bank stains today to follow up on my bank account application and was told that they do not open bank accounts for English speakers. This was shocking and unacceptable. I had submitted all required documents on nearly 10 December 2025.,after few days I visited again and a lady said please visit the bank after vaccination. Surprisingly at that time nothing was mentioned about any language restriction. If this policy exists, it should have been clearly communicated earlier instead of wasting weeks of my time. Even I have not received any update between this time period. Very poor communication, lack of transparency, and unprofessional service. I do not recommend this branch Especially international residents.

Rarely opened to CLIENTS. You will wait for about 15 minutes, more or less, for somebody to talk to.
