Not only was the work completed professionally, efficiently, and to a very high standard, but the electrician also spoke excellent English, which made communication incredibly easy and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, and ensured I understood the work being carried out. He arrived on time, was friendly, respectful, and left the workspace clean and tidy. It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service.
