The team of BNP Paribas in Écully have shown excellent professionalism every time I had visited the office and meet them. All my questions have been answered with great kindness and professionalism. They speak English which was helpful to me!
As a foreign student in Lyon, the thing I liked about this branch is that most people sitting in the office besides the green chairs could speak English. Although they may type your phone number wrong or you have to come several times before they have your account open, it’s always enjoyable to talk to people in this branch, except for the woman sitting at the reception desk this afternoon at 3 pm. WhenI entered she was on the phone call, so I waited on the chair for several minutes. Then her colleague came and talked to her, then a madam with white hair, later a middle-aged guy with moustache asked her questions as well. So I went in front of her, and before I talked she said ‘Mes colleague…..pas’ in French. Then I try to confirm in English, and before I talked she got so mad, she put off her earphone, fawned at me and said, clearly and loudly in English this time ‘I’ve told you I’m on the phone, I cannot serve you know. Wait for my colleague.’ So I wonder why this elegant lady don’t dare to yell at an old madam or the middle aged guy, because her anger accumulated after they left and I was unlucky that I got picked randomly? What do you think of your customers, random Dustin bins that you could put emotions on? And what would your valued clients on the phone think when they hear this conversation? Do you want them to feel the privilege that ‘Oh luckily I’m such an important client to BNP so that I won’t be treated like this.’ Do you please your important clients with this privilege rather than real concerns? Is it the value BNP Paribas wanna convey to the public? 太长不看版-办卡慢,常出错;一楼办公室里的员工态度很好而且会说英文,女前台暴躁易怒,不敢对自己的同事、老太太和胡须男发火偏偏挑外国学生发疯!口 区! I regret your reaction at the 9/12 Friday phone call as well! I’ve never seen anyone apologize without saying ‘We are sorry’ but making excuses at first. Managerial catastrophe!
