We stayed at the hotel for one night on our way back from Disneyland Paris. We had to check in very late and the staff were very accommodating and sent us all the details as to how to access our room when we arrived. Our stay was comfortable and the room was quite quiet which was very good. The room was nice and big which was a plus. Unfortunately the shower curtain wasn't very sturdy and fell off which was had to fix before we left and we had a few ants crawling on the sink in the morning. Other than those latter points it was an alright stay for a reasonable price.

Clean , warm and comfortable, dog friendly. easy to get to off the motorway . Will stop again later in the year . Value for money.food and breakfast very good

Really good as a budget hotel. Excellent staff. Surprisingly nice breakfast with plenty of choice both sweet and savory. Rooms clean except for the old worn carpet but this goes with the affordable price.

We wanted to look at the room before booking, but the réceptionniste said she could not leave her desk and we had to pay in advance. In the room we saw it outdate, dirty and stank! We went back to the desk and demand a refund. She said she understood and would cancel the payment of 80 euros. She has not done as of now!

The rooms are are a little dated and worn. The carpet could do with a clean. Carpet skirting boards are a first. Location is good and easy to find and there are other restaurants on the complex. Margaux was particularly helpful and spoke good English. She made booking in easy, helped locate another couple of pillows and looked after us at dinner and breakfast. Thank you Margaux.

I booked a family room at this hotel as we were traveling with a toddler and needed additional space. Unfortunately, the stay was extremely disappointing due to the condition of the rooms, the standard of cleanliness, and the way the situation was handled. The first family room we were given had three beds (one double and two singles), but the space was exceptionally small. Once our luggage was inside, there was barely any room to walk around. The room was also hot and stuffy. There was a fan in the room, but it was covered in a thick layer of dust and clearly had not been cleaned or used in a long time, making it unusable. When we attempted to open the window for fresh air, we discovered it was broken and extremely difficult to close again without risking further damage. Shortly afterwards, we realized the bedroom door was also broken and could not be closed at all, despite repeated attempts. Naturally, we went to reception to request another room. At first, we were told there were no family rooms available. Only after explaining that we had a toddler with us did a family room suddenly “become available” but we were told we would need to pay extra for it. This was completely unacceptable, as the problems with the original room were not our fault. After making it clear that we could not stay in those conditions, we were eventually given a different family room without the extra charge. Unfortunately, the second room was also in very poor condition. It was extremely dusty, the floors had not been hoovered or mopped, and there were visible sticky patches across the floor. While the beds and towels were clean, the bathroom was unacceptable. The shower curtain was heavily discolored with orange and pink stains along the bottom, appeared as though it had not been properly washed in a very long time, and was missing several hooks, leaving part of it hanging loose. The sink was also blocked; after washing my face, the sink filled completely and took over an hour to drain.

Great little place to stop over on the way back to the UK. The rooms are small so be aware and the shower cubicle even smaller. In summer can be warm in the rooms so window has to be left open to keep it somewhat cooler. Great little restaurant onsite, but that night the waitress was run off her feet. Food lovely and breakfast not too bad.

Very well maintained hotel, friendly and helpfull staff. Most of us had a good night sleep. |Unfortunately, behind the hotel is some kind of generator that switches on and off during the night. So, the hotel has a quiet and a noisy side. |We will certainly be here in the future, but then we will ask for the quieter side.
