My third stay at Es Saadi Marrakech Resort Palace confirms the excellent impression from my previous visits. This is a high-quality hotel set in an elegant and peaceful environment, surrounded by beautifully maintained lush gardens. The outstanding outdoor swimming pools, including a heated pool, the excellent breakfast, and the superb spa facilities with an indoor pool are particular highlights. The service remains attentive and professional, contributing to a consistently memorable experience. A hotel that continues to meet expectations and that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, tranquillity, and quality in Marrakech.

We stayed at Es Saadi Palace for a week in February. The hotel is fabulous and our room was wonderful with a spacious and sunny terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. The service was impeccable and a particular mention to Hayat who looked after our room. She was so welcoming and everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Thank you Hayat for looking after us so well. Breakfast was excellent and again with great service. The location is very good for restaurants and walking to the Medina.

We stayed at Es Saadi Marrakech Resort Palace for two nights at the end of our 10-night trip, as we wanted somewhere special to finish our holiday—and it did not disappoint.||The hotel interiors are beautiful, and we received a warm welcome from reception on arrival. After check-in, we were shown to our rooms, which overlooked the pool. We had three rooms in total, and the hotel thoughtfully kept them close together, which made our stay much easier as a family. Each room was spacious, very well decorated, and had excellent amenities.||The housekeeping and turndown staff were all very pleasant, helpful, and welcoming, as were the door staff, who were always on hand to assist. We were there for Easter Sunday and the hotel provided Chocolate Bunny eggs in each of the rooms. This was a lovely touch.||The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of deckchairs and generous space between guests, making it feel relaxed and uncrowded. My husband and son also used the spa, which they said was very enjoyable. However, the hotel was quite busy during our stay, and we were unable to secure a massage treatment, so I would recommend booking spa treatments in advance.||On our first evening, we went out for dinner, but on our return we stopped at the piano bar, which was a lovely space. The cocktails and service were excellent. The hotel also has a beautiful collection of art on display, and after our drinks we wandered through the halls taking it all in, which was a really enjoyable and unexpected part of the experience.||On our second evening, we dined in the Italian restaurant, which was intimate and a perfect setting to mark the end of our holiday. The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the view into the internal courtyard made it a really special experience. The chef was particularly accommodating—he kindly offered to prepare spaghetti Bolognese for one of our daughters, even though it wasn’t on the menu, which we really appreciated.||The only negative experience during

Definitely a very very old heritage hotel with a lot of history! The hotel premises are stunning. The reception and lounge staff were so nice and helpful. I do think, the hotel could do with a litte but of refurbishing especially for the rooms. But I cannot complain! Got the best deal, and had a really good time and the breakfast out in the garden under orange trees was like straight out of a movie! Loved it!!! Great location, close to many more hip and happening hotels, bars, restaurants and cafes.

We have been treated with such kindness and grace, I could not recommend the palace hotel enough. The grounds are beautiful but the room is magnificent. My 7 year old son wouldn’t leave the pool, the staff were excellent with his requests for food and drink and nothing was a problem. The concierge was also fantastic and did more than what was expected. We will be back!

Food was mid. Its the same menu as the var at the back. My medium steak was cooked well done and was super dry. I expected so much more. Sit near the bar for the show and it doesn't start until midnight.

I stayed at the Es Saadi Palace for a yoga retreat. The room was very spacious and well-appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the 4 PM cookie that was left in the room every day. My balcony overlooked lush gardens and an Olympic size pool (half of which is heated). I highly recommend treating yourself to the Spa that provides a variety of treatments. The breakfast buffet was amazing! All in all, a wonderful and relaxing stay.

My family and I checked out of our Riad in the Medina early one day but had an evening flight home. I checked out all the options for day passes at hotels between the Medina and the airport, and the Es Saadi was the cheapest (600 MAD for adults, 300 MAD for children under 12). It's an older hotel as the other reviews indicate, the pool is of a modest size and the hotel of an older construction style but I was very happy I chose the Es Saadi - paying substantial premiums for the newer hotels is unnecessary. ||The inclusive lunch around the pool was excellent, a variety of options and the ability to pay small supplements for more premium dishes. There's a dedicated 'day pass' menu which is identical to the regular menu but instead of list price lists the inclusive items, and supplements for others; day passes are not an afterthought here, they are recgonised well and work seamlessly. ||All the staff without exception were delightful, delivering excellent service chatting with us, being present but not overbearing, and all with a smile. For example, at several times during the day the staff pro-actively offered to adjust the parasol positioning to provide us shade throughout. Storing our luggage for the day was no problem, nor retrieving items throughout the day. The pool is heated and a comfortable temperature for swimming and playing. ||Thanks to everyone at the Es Saadi for giving us a great chill-out day after several frantic days in the Medina!
